And your method doesn't work for me. I can't roll back any drivers. I can only deinstall the Intel devices, then Windows automatically installs them again, or I deactivate them, which doesn't change anything.
How does HP not react in such a situation where so many users are affected?!? Why does the community have to come up with solutions that apparently don't work for everyone. I am having the same exact issue and it started on the same day that you posted. I've spent hours looking through and trying different solutions. When I run my troubleshooter, it says "Intel High Definitio Audio doesn't have a driver" and also "Realtek High Definition Audio has a driver problem" but the troubleshooter is unable to fix each one.
I have even tried going to the intel support for drivers and software but their website doesn't read that my driver is missing. I have also tried to use driver easy, but that isn't helping with realtek after i download it and it doesn't recognise that the intel driver is missing.

Had the same problem but I know that the first thing I need to try doing when something like this happens is to uninstall and reinstall the drivers.
