In reply to Oz Strine's post on February 12, Unfortunately the downloads are for AMD units. Will keep you posted. BTW, Glarysoft claimed to help but it couldn't fix the issue. Hi again - The AMD reference is required only because they own and are enforcing the copyright for 64 bit, but the downloads should work for all processors unless it specifies AMD processors only.
If not then continue with the steps as one will always work. Yes, found that out yesterday. I originally thought the reason the updates were falling over was because of the AMD insignia. But it was because it didn't work, period. No, I'll await a response from you or someone else who's cracked it.
